Ghede: Guerrier Extraordinaire #1: Pages 23-24

Page 23, 7 Panels- Bar, Faux Pub Panel 1: The background from the previous couple of pages continues here, drifting down toward the bottom. Back to Kiwiko as she looks away from the lovely Ghede to the edge of her drink. Her body tensing up a little bit more compared to when we last saw her in the second to last panel of the previous page. KIWIKO [translated from Japanese]: Not because of anything you did, it...it's a little more personal. Panel 2: Cut to Ghede reaching over and gently grabbing the young woman's hand as she descends into her own sense of self-melancholy. All sense of flirtation and sex put on hold for the moment. The world around them continuing on, not noticing the conversation between Kiwiko and the Haitian. Panel 3: Same setting/layout as the previous panel. We see the beginnings of a conversation emanating through muted lips on both sides. Kiwiko's eyes can be seen reddening at this point on the verge of dripping tears. GHEDE [Caption]: "She talked about her childhood living in a small town north of Tokyo..." Panel 4: Cut to Kiwiko a few moments in time later. Her head turning over in the direction of the unseen Ghede, wiping tears with the opposite non-held hand from the side of her eyes as she continues speaking. GHEDE [Cont., Caption]: "How her 'unique' preferences in mates led to bullying in school and a general dysfunction with her mother. It also contributed to an overall sense of distrust in her own personal power..." Panel 5: Same setting/layout as the previous panel. As the background changes with the hustle and bustle of customers and employees, so does Kiwiko's general attitude. The stream of tears from her eyes has stopped, leaving only the shadow of a few streaks down each eye as she speaks. GHEDE [Cont., Caption]: "Something that she didn't discard until that evening, the first she had been alone since being dumped her girlfriend of seven months, Choyo." Panel 6-7: A two-part set of panels showcasing both Kiwiko on the left and Ghede on the right. The passage of time becoming evident as the two of them chat it up over what feels like a slow pocket of time compared to the buzzing activity of the rest of the Pub in the background. GHEDE [Caption, Panel 6]: "We spent hours chatting with one another, learning more and more about each other. I even shared my own...less-than-terrific life with my own 'Papa.'" GHEDE [Caption, Panel 7: "It's something I actually enjoy when it comes to the romance ritual..." Page 24, 6 Panels- Bar, Faux Pub/Kiwiko's Bedroom Panel 1: Cut to a shot of Ghede's face. She flashes the off-panel Kiwiko a flirty smile, looking the beautiful woman up and down for a period. The conversation between the two still muted, and the setting around them changing, slowing down compared to a few pages back. The smoky black-gray background outside the margins of the page's panels are still in place through the first half of the page. GHEDE [Caption]: "Yes, the end result of sexual congress is invigorating and glorious and, with the right partner, capable of moving the very ground beneath our feet." Panel 2: Side shot of Kiwiko and Ghede a couple of seconds later. We can see for the first time the two aspiring lovebirds leaning in as if they were about to kiss each other. Ghede's right hand just starting to gently push the young Japanese woman's shoulder length dark hair. GHEDE [Caption]: "But the journey to that moment, learning the nooks and crannies of someone you intend to bed... Panel 3: Same setting as the previous panel. Close-up on the two of them a second later locked in the beginnings of a passionate, lovely kiss. GHEDE [Cont., Caption]: There's nothing sweeter in my view... Panel 4: Same layout as the previous panel, at least when it comes to Kiwiko and Ghede. Their arms moving down every inch of their respective bodies in the sweet embrace of love. As for the setting where they reside, it is noitceably different. You can see what appears to be a bookcase, a wall and a set of photographs and electronics. Though it looks as if we're seeing this from a vertical view. GHEDE [Cont., Caption]: Or truly purer! Panel 5: Same setting as the previous panel. The layout changes slightly to a proper horizontal view, showing our two ladies in the throes of sexual congress. Their naked bodies wrapped within one another three feet above the mattress; each of their respective beauty marks and alleged impurities lit by the glow of the lamps. We see in the background the previously seen bits of the bedroom from the previous panel, now in perfect, normal alignment. Panel 6: Minutes pass by, and we see the back of Ghede as the Haitian specter slowly moves down the young human woman's soft body and its indentations and curves of cellulites. You can see the rush of orgasmic pleasure just beginning to rush into Kiwiko's face as Ghede moves downward. KIWIKO: Ohhh....Mmmm...
