Page 17, 6 Panels- Tarmac, Cairo West Air Base Panel 1: Cut to William a few moments later just as he and the Air Chief Marshal break apart from the handshake from the last panel of the previous page. The casual, wide cocky grin that was in place in the last page is still on his face as his hands return to his side. His right hand hovering over his pants pocket that bulge with an unknown object. WILLIAM FELTON [Cont., translated from Egyptian Arabic]: Now, when exactly can I expect to see Mr. Mubarrak? Panel 2: Back to the Pilot Officer a split second later. His eyes grow wide upon hearing the perfect Egyptian Arabic being spoken by this seemingly normal Western man. A surprise that is shared by soem of the other soldiers that happen to be standing near him at the same moment, visible around the margins of the panel view. PILOT OFFICER [surprised, to William; translated from Egyptian Arabic]: Y--You speak Arabic? Panel 3: Cut to the Air Chief Marshal standing alongside the subordinate soldier. The level of surprise is not quite as prevalent on the seasoned veteran's face as it was with the Pilot Officer. What is visible on his face and in his body language is more curiosity and a foreboding sense of danger on the horizon as he tries to gently sprinkle a lie into the situation. His hand can be seen slowly reaching for his weapon holstered on his side. AIR CHIEF MARSHAL [to William, translated from Egyptian Arabic]: He is...in a meeting with acting President Taleb and organizers at the moment, putting together the finishing touches on President Sadat's memorial. But I will happily notify him of whatever you have, once we determine whether or not you're a threat. WILLIAM FELTON [Off-Panel]: A threat?! You sad, stupid little man... Panel 4-6: A three-part set of panels centered on a full-body shot of Mr. Felton. In Panel 4, he reaches into his pocket and pulls out a remote device that is the same size and shape as an Android phone. In the next panel, we see him quickly type into the device's touch screen as the soldiers nearby look on with a mixture of curiosity and fear. And finally, in Panel 6, you can see the air start to crackle with electricity and a portal forming in the background behind him. As this goes on, you can also see the logo for TyCorp plastered on the back of the device that William's holding. WILLIAM FELTON [Cont., to the Air Chief Marshal; Panel 4]: The only "threat" is the insurrectionists in Asyut looking to pull you guys out of power. WILLIAM FELTON [a little more playfully, Panel 5]: But...I can help you with that, and the Vice President who won't be that way for much longer. WILLIAM FELTON [Cont.; Panel 5, Bubble 2]: By the way, I think you should clear some space because this... WILLIAM FELTON [Cont., with a devilish grin translated from English; Panel 6]: Is going to be a fucking doozy! Page 18, 4 Panels- Tarmac, Cairo West Air Base Panel 1-4: A four-part set of panels that are cut in 1/4-sized panels that stretch out from left to right on the page. With each panel, we see the emergecne bit-by-bit of a large aircraft through the portal. The soldiers nearby scatter on both sides, providing a path for the aircraft to descend onto the concrete by Panel 4. Its design balanced on the line between a drone and a stealth fighter jet, armed with a pair of powerful 21st century style machine guns at either side. WILLIAM FELTON [Caption, translated from Egyptian Arabic; Panel 2]: "The higher-ups back home call it the 'Fire Eagle.'" WILLIAM FELTON [Cont., Caption; Panel 3]: "Though I imagine you guys have a better name! Anyway..."
