The Boo-Ya! #1: Pages 3-4

Page 3, 3 Panels- Royal Palace, Keelzahn Panel 1: Action shot of the Madam bursting forth from the window in a very Jack McClaine/Neo type manner, holding the bag of stolen jewelry over her shoulder. Staehlia also can be seen leaping out of the same area a few feet behind her captain. In the background, there is a stream of broken glass and releases of plasma energy going off behind her. Panel 2-3: A two-part set of panels centered on the good captain a few moments later. Her body turning around just enough to face the guards back inside, flashing a wide cocky smile as well as a middle finger (resembling the 2-fingered variation found in British culture) by Panel 3. The rear of the Boo-Ya! comes into view in Panel 2 with the rear hatch opening up to take her in in Panel 3. It's also here in Panel 3 that we see a little slice of Staehlia coming into view in the same trajectory. THE MADAM [brashly defiant, to the guards; Panel 2]: We are the motherflarkin' Boo-Ya! You've been a gas... THE MADAM [Cont.; Panel 3]: Kiss our firm, beautiful biyantis'! Page 4, 6 Panels- Cargo Bay, The Boo-Ya! Panel 1: Action shot showing the good captain as she lands hard on the metal floor of the cargo bay. Her arms lifting the bag of stolen jewels above her head in order to keep it in one piece. The background primarily showing the dark black of the walls with its layers of dust from different planets. The only show of light emanating from the bay doors, focusing out to a single beam as the action takes place in the foreground. Panel 2: Same setting/layout as the previous panel. A couple of seconds (and just as many feet sliding on the hard metal floor) later, the Madam suddenly loses grip of the bag. She looks up and notices the bag as it slides out of her palm and beyond her grip. As this goes on, you can hear the sound of shoes hitting the metal floor a distance away around the left side of the panel view. STAEHLIA [Off-Panel]: Activate GravNets... Panel 3-4: Cut to the bag of jewels a couple of seconds later as it flies off toward its intended target. It appears to be within a foot of crashing into the wall on the right of the panel view in Panel 4 when suddenly it freezes in place above a circular disk-like object that can be seen near the bottom of the panel view. The view tilting up slightly in Panel 4 to signify the ship taking off into the atmosphere. Panel 5: Cut to a shot of Staehlia and the Madam a minute later. The young Titanian is standing a couple of feet away from her captain as she pushes herself up off the ground. Madam glances up at her Communications Officer, grabbing a piece of the now all but torn to bits dress with her right hand. STAEHLIA [looking in the direction of the bag, Bubble 1]: GravNets are holding, cap'n, as are the bag and its contents. THE MADAM [pleased, to Staehlia; Bubble 1]: Good...good to know! STAEHLIA [directed to the Madam, Bubble 2]: I am quite confused why we did not use the Hopper to come and go from the target. Would it not have been easier and far less messy than a smash and grab scenario? THE MADAM [Bubble 2]: Probably. But the radiation from the Hopper would've given us out to those facacta mercs before we'd take one step inside the palace. Besides... Panel 6: Close-up on the Madam's smiling face a few moments later as she stands back up once more. A cocky grin plastered on her face as she stands in a Deadpool-like heroic pose to the reader. The light emanating from the loading bay heightening the effect that much more. THE MADAM [Cont., to Staehlia]: This way's more fun. NESSA [chuckling, from the speakers]: At least till they start shooting back! THE MADAM [Bubble 2, to Nessa]: True...sometimes. How's my ship? NESSA [from the speakers, Bubble 2]: Still floating...
