Ghede: Guerrier Extraordinaire #7: Pages 5-6

Page 5, 5 Panels- Nebulous Dark area between realms Panel 1: We move back to a similar shot that we saw of Ghede back in Panel 5 of the previous page. At this point, she has her Molltach raised over her shoulder in the same attack position she had in Panel 5. You can see above her the top half of her sword start to glow white. GHEDE [translated from Haitian Creole]: Alright, Minaj-- Panel 2: Same setting/layout as the previous panel. It consists mostly of an action shot of the titular heroine hurling her Molltach with expert speed and precision at the charging pack of Trow. GHEDE [Cont., with a growl]: Let's kick some arse! Panel 3-4: Cut to a shot of the beautiful longblade a second later, moving with a persistent rush to its target. At this point, it is completely covered in white, changing and growing into a circular shape. In Panel 4, we see that the Molltach has turned itself into a silver net that stretches out to meet the oncoming pack, who show up partially in the right side of the panel view. Panel 5: Cut to a front shot of the lead of the Trow pack through the net moments later. We see the net that was once Minaj soon land on its target, sending a powerful electrical shock into them. However, it isn't wide enough to ensnare the whole of the Trow pack. Some of the creatures are able to escape via both corners. Page 6, 6 Panels- Nebulous Dark area between realms Panel 1: Back to the Haitian guerrier moments later, when he realizes the first try has not been entirely successful. She rares her fists back up to her face in a standard boxer's pose. The biceps on both of her arms flex and grow in preparation for the oncoming contingent of escaped Trow. Off-panel, you can hear the "PUFF!" of the captured creatures as they disintegrate. Panel 2: Cut to a side shot of Ghede as she charges forward at the half-dozen Trow who are closest to her. You can see around the left side of the panel view the smoke that caused the aforementioned "PUFF!" from the previous panel, hovering just above the net in a cloud. Panel 3-5: A three-part set of panels centered around a close-up of the antagonistic Trow and the protagonist Ghede. In Panel 3, we see her leveling the lead of the mini-pack in the jaw. In Panel 4, seconds after the move, we see the titular heroine following up with a side kick to the ribcage of another creature who was running alongside the first one from the previous panel. But in Panel 5, a couple of other Trow suddenly come into view and tackle the Haitian guerrier to the ground. Panel 6: Cut to an action shot of her a second after the tackle from the previous panel. We see the two Trows slamming Ghede down to the ground. She lets out a pained "GAAHH!" at the moment that her back connects with the suddenly hardened floor under her.
