The Boo-Ya! #9: Pages 13-14

Page 13, 1 Panel- Outside the Docking Bay, Mientahl

Panel 1: We move to a full-page sized panel showing the ship launching out of the Docking Bay a handful of moments later. The compound below them can be seen getting engulfed in a ball of flames as a result of the exploding Clampher spaceship. You can see in the background patches of the wildlife and the forested area near where the compound that they have been docked in all along.

THE MADAM [Caption 1, to Nessa]: "That was a pretty explosion... NESSA [Caption 2, to the Madam]: "Not as pretty as the one on Conneskiz stupid boat ship on Earth. Though that may have been the bloodlust talking." THE MADAM [Caption 3]: "Haha...what kind of x-po d'you think they used?" NESSA [Caption 4]: "Pagas-5 probably, couple hundred pinds of it...judging by the shake in the rear. Not counting the extra boom from the other ship."

Page 14, 5 Panels- Command Center/Holodeck, the Boo-Ya!

Panel 1: Cut to a shot five minuyats of the Madam relaxing in her chair as the ship rides back out into space. She glances up to the ceiling at the bodyless visage of Capaldi, satisfied by the explanation from earlier. The background behind her showcases the same section of the back of the Command Center that we saw in similar layouts from previous issues.

THE MADAM [to Capaldi]: How are Robin and the Doc along with their flying guest? CAPALDI [from the ceiling in Scottish brogue, to the Madam]: They're fine, cap'n. They're currently safe 'n sound, and...trainin' in the Holodeck. THE MADAM [Bubble 2]: The Holodeck? Which program? CAPALDI [Bubble 2]: Project 27A8/Omega- the "Clean Room"

Panel 2: Cut to a shot of Nessa at the pilot's chair a few seconds later. Her eyes are firmly focused on the off-panel screen as she speaks. You can see in the background the same type of layout that was visible a couple of pages ago from her.

NESSA [approving nod]: The Doc must be training her on that Arm-or thing she gave the human. Good...one less pain in my f'rage once we hit the Capitol.

Panel 3-4: Same setting/layout in both panels as Panel 1. In Panel 3, we see the good Athosian in the same seated position as then. Her eyes split between Nessa in front of her and Capaldi in the roof of the Command Center. In the next panel, satisfied with the answers given from the A.I., the Madam turns her attention squarely to the viewscreen.

THE MADAM [to Capaldi, curious; Panel 3]: Any more Clampher ships tailing us? CAPALDI [from the ceiling, Panel 3]: For the third time, ma'am, no. All's clean and green. THE MADAM [Panel 3, Bubble 2]: And the Buffers on the Holodecks are running full? CAPALDI [Panel 3, Bubble 2]: Aye, ma'am. There's no chance of accidental explosion in there. Well--12% chance of an accidental explosion. THE MADAM [slight smirk, Panel 4]: Good enough... THE MADAM [to Nessa; Panel 4, Bubble 2]: Full speed to Kos, Ness. There's a nice private bar we can meet...

Panel 5: Cut to a shot of Dr. Arxin standing in front of what looks like a glass partition that separates it from another room. The only signs of which the reader sees at this point is the edges of walls that are visible on the corners of the panel view. She has a firm look on her face, examining the off-panel human subject at that point.

THE MADAM [Cont., Off-Panel]: "Get nashed and run-thru the plan one last time."
