The Boo-Ya! #11: Pages 15-16
Page 15, 5 Panels- Hallway/Warehouse, Business Consortium/Capitol
Panel 1: Same setting/layout as the last panel of the previous page. It's focused squarely on the unconscious captain as a shadow, looming up toward her from off-panel, moves toward her particular position to retrieve her.
MP AHARONS [Off-Panel caption]: You put up an admirable fight...I can see why S'am enlisted you for the job.
Panel 2: Cut to a shot of the Madam bound on to a hard metal chair minuyats later, just beginning to wake up from the blast that knocked her out. The setting behind her has changed, resembling some type of warehouse on another end of the planet. Though it's hard to tell much else given that the only area that's illuminated in the general area is a circle of light above her.
MP AHARONS [Cont., to the Madam]: But as your crew will soon learn, when faced with an opponent blessed by the Eye above...
Panel 3: We move to a shot of the MP a second later, standing at the edge of the oval of light that was on display in the previous panel. The mix of light and dark gives the politico an ominous shading underneath the rest of his statement. You can see in the background over his shoulder the glow from an electronic display.
MP AHARONS: You. Will. Lose! THE MADAM [Off-Panel]: YAWWNN!
Panel 4-5: A two-part set of panels that focuses on the Athosian bad-ass a few seconds later in the same setting and layout as Panel 2. In Panel 4, the Madam tilts her head and laughs hysterically at the threat levied to her. In the next panel, after the laughter subsides, she tilts her head back toward the MP's direction with a wide smile plastered on her face.
THE MADAM [to MP Aharons, badass defiant; Panel 5]: If you're gonna monologue me to death, at least get me some quasi-decent Whimatear booze; help drown out the noise of that dull as shite voice of yours...
Page 16, 6 Panels- Warehouse, Capitol
Panel 1: Cut to the MP in a similar setting and layout to what we saw in the middle of the previous page. He laughs dismissively and shakes his head, smirking in the Madam's direction, unphazed by the display of bravado. As was the case in that panel, you can hear more beeping from the glowing electronic display behind him.
MP AHARONS [smug, to the Madam]: Why would I kill you when I can let the full fury of the Tristellar Alliance, looking to avenge those who attack its most revered citizenry, do it for me?
Panel 2: Same setting as the previous panel. The layout widens out to take in the screens that was behind him, who stands proudly to the right. The one on the left shows a countdown that just reached 5:00 minutes, and the other shows a live breaking news broadcast that mixes both the attack at the Business Consortium and the mysterious anomaly over MX-5.
Panel 3: Close-up on the MP's face a second later. The smirk now shifting to a cocky grin as he hits the last part of his statement, confident entirely of his plan's success. You can see in the background, off in the distance, mostly black and the outline of a pillar that is illuminated by the lights.
MP AHARONS: A copy of the video from the consortium has already been delivered to the proper authorities. Within a minuyat of stepping out of this room, a contingent of Clampherz will converge and arrest you for piracy, assault, terrorism and attempted insurrection against the Alliance. Charges from which I will make Eybett'n sure stick.
Panel 4: Action shot of Mr. Aharons walking away from the scene a couple of seconds later. He moves off in the direction of what appears to be the warehouse's front entrance, though we don't really see any semblance of a door in terms of the panel view.
MP AHARONS [Cont.]: Don't worry, I'll make sure that your beloved S'am stands right beside you. I mean...I'm not a monster!
Panel 5-6: A two-part set of panels that cuts back to the Madam moments later. She's started out infuriated in Panel 5, squeezing her fists and trying to break free from the metal constraints on her wrists. All as the beeping of the countdown clock continues on off-panel. In Panel 6, we move to an action shot of the good Athosian breaking her constraints as well as the rest of the chair in a Hulkian show of strength as the politico has long faded from view toward the entrance.
THE MADAM [with a growl, Panel 6]: GRAHHH!
