Page 17, 4 Panels- Field, Moving toward Alexandria Virginia
Panel 1-3: A three-part set of panels that focuses squarely on the top half of the Magog moving across the field with the night sky in the background. Each one a snapshot of the journey it takes toward Alexandria, which comes into greater view by the time we reach Panel 3, over the course of minutes. In Panel 1 and Panel 2, you can hear a pair of loud bangs that occur in the background off-panel. In Panel 3, however, there's one loud bang that's followed by a scream that grows in intensity as it moves closer.
TASHA [Cont., caption; Panel 1]: Time to burp up some divinity!
Panel 4: Same setting/layout as the previous panel. You can hear the sound of flesh hitting some part of the creature as it moves toward the city. The Magog ignores the foreign presence that has hit him, and continues on its present path without delay.
Page 18, 6 Panels- Body of Magog, Edge of Alexandria Virginia
Panel 1: Cut to a shot of Ms. Randolph's face smushed against the sweaty back of the Magog a few moments later. Her eyes are barely open in a squint, letting out a pained sigh due to the impact. You can see part of its yellow back to the side of the panel view, along with the gray of the road below her.
TASHA: Oh, maldito...like a fleshy, bloody brick wall!
Panel 2-4: A three-part set of panels that follows our heroine climbing up the small of the creature's back with her bare hands as skillfully as she can, trying to keep hold with each movement. You can see the weapon still gripped in her right hand with each panel as she climbs. You can also see the first presence of buildings in the background. In Panel 4, she slips slightly, grabbing too tight on a chunk of flesh which elicits a growl from the creature. As all this goes on, you can hear the sounds of innocent people screaming from below off-panel.
TASHA [Cont., Panel 2]: At least I didn't end up a smear! MAGOG [Off-Panel, Panel 4]: RAAWWR! TASHA [Panel 4]: Not yet anyway...
Panel 5: Action shot taken up around the mid-part of the back, showing the creature's right arm swinging behind in order to swat the meddlesome "bug" from his body. Tasha moves over to her left in order to avoid the massive palm from squishing her.
Panel 6: Cut to a side-shot of our heroine as her right arm is pinned in between the Magog's middle and ring finger. She screams out in shock and pain, looking over at the fingers in desperate agony as she tries to wriggle out of it.
TASHA [to herself, psyching up]: Mierda--MIERDA! TASHA [Bubble 2]: Please...don't...be broken, please...
