She has grabbed her phone from within the bag, leaving the flap open as she reads the message that appears on the screen. You can see the action of the bar visible in the limited section of the panel view, moving on in their own individual stories and desires for this night.

Panel 2: Just above and to the right of Ms. Haynes, we see a screenshot of her phone set on its Message app. You can see it's from Tara given the name at the top of it. Just below it is this text- "Hey, I hope I haven't caught you at a bad time. I don't know what you think of me (or if you even think about me). But I wanted to apologize and explain myself for what happened...if you want to. Sif's, two nights from now- 7:30?"
