INT. DINING ROOM, AMANDA'S HOUSE- Morning of Golden Gate Comic Con, Day 1
PANEL 1: We open on the same setting/layout as the last panel of the previous chapter. There's a change in terms of the screen (now rectangular ala a tablet, which is seen in the black outline of the computer's design). You can also see Adam's fingers holding onto the sides of the tablet, reading it.
ADAM [Off-Panel, thought bubble]: Craaaaaaapppppppp....!
PANEL 2-3: Cut to a shot of Adam reading the rest of the blog at that point on his tablet which is over a bowl of cereal that is partially eaten at this point in time; a section of the modest looking dining room behind him in the background. In Panel 2, you can see the level of anxiety increasing with each word he reads. In Panel 3, a few moments later, the sound of his sister from off-panel left breaks through the anxiety (albeit briefly).
ADAM [Cont., thought bubble; Panel 2]: I shoulda known something like this would happen. That whole meeting was too good to be true. Getting the 3-Day Pass, happening to come across a ticket lady who just happened to have come out of cryogenic sleep from 2016. Now there's... AMANDA [interjecting Off-Panel, to Adam; Panel 3]: You must have found out about the blog post? ADAM [glances over to Amanda, slight nod; Panel 3]: ...Why didn't you tell me stuff like this exists?
PANEL 4: Action shot of Ms. de Connick-Walsh walking past the walkway separating the dining room/kitchen from the living room, which is visible behind her in the background. She's dressed in her usual work outfit, holding a 1/3-eaten cinnamon raisin bagel in her right hand; a modest light blue and black leather suitcase looped over her shoulder.
AMANDA [explanatory apology]: I hadn't got a Blip about 2421 related stuff in months. I figured interest had trailed off, especially after all that Benny Judge nonsense. Besides, I didn't think they had any idea you were part of Flight 2421--
PANEL 5: We move back to Adam in the same setting/layout as Panel 3, along with the same background. He lowers the computer on the table next to the cereal bowl and spoon as he speaks; a slight look of confusion on his face.
ADAM: I get it, I get it. But..."Blips?" AMANDA [Off-Panel]: That's what they call Notifications. Google coined the term back in 2027 and, beyond all possible reason, it caught on. Sort of like the idea of Oscar winner Paul W.S. Anderson. ADAM [Bubble 2]: ...S--Seriously? How'd that happen, they get the Best Popular Film Oscar off the ground? AMANDA [Off-Panel, Bubble 2]: Actually, unless you feel like exploding in a mix of rage and sadness...I wouldn't mine too deep into that question.
PANEL 6: Back to Amanda in the same setting/layout as Panel 4. She lowers the bagel and the rest of her hand/arm to her side, glancing up at the alarm reminder from Lexy that comes in from the top of the panel view.
LEXY [to Amanda]: The ride has arrived. And if your brother doesn't leave in the next 5 minutes, according to outside lines from the first days of the past 3 Golden Gate Comic Cons- you will be late for the retrospective on Brian Azzarello. AMANDA [thankful, to Lexy]: Thanks, Lexy... AMANDA [to Adam; Bubble 2]: Have fun at the Con today, baby bro!

PANEL 1: Action shot of the older woman a few beats later, looking over her shoulder back toward her brother to say one last thing. In the background of the shot, you can see the front door to the house which is a mere few steps away for her at this point in time.
AMANDA [Cont., a little extra]: Oh, by the way- I had a friend of mine who went to GGCC a few years back give me some advice. Remember the Iron Man armors you saw when you were buying that NV suit? Well, long story short...
INT. HERMES CAR- Later
PANEL 2: Cut to a shot of Adam a short time later, sitting in the middle of the backseat of a Hermes car on his way to Google Arena. He's dressed, top to bottom, in a matching gray ensemble of a long sleeved shirt and a pair of long slacks-like trousers. In the background, you can see the scenery change from the back windows of the different parts of the city the car's passing at that point in time.
AMANDA [Off-Panel caption]: "Watch out for falling hunks of metal." ADAM [thought bubble]: Okay, the costume schematics are all set and ready, outside of good ol' Agent Ferb of course. Now...how do I access each one again? I know the Cashier at the store told me about it when I--oh yeah!
INT. STORE- Yesterday Afternoon
PANEL 3: We move to a shot of the aforementioned cashier, who is only a few years older than Mr. de Connick, at that point yesterday; the bagged NV suit folded up and placed prominently on the counter in the center of the shot. In the background of the panel, you can see a variety of different kinds of electronics and charging equipment placed behind the person as they speak.
CASHIER [explanatory, to Adam]: "Tap the right sleeve the number of times that corresponds to the order you had when downloaded." So, I tap it once to access my first costume. Tap it twice for my second one, and so on...simple enough!
INT. HERMES CAR
PANEL 4-5: A two-part set of panels that cuts back to Adam in the car; the same setting and layout as it was in Panel 2. In Panel 4, we see the young man suddenly remember the bulk of the thought from the previous panel as it ends. In Panel 5, he moves his left hand over toward his right sleeve in order to activate the outfit.
ADAM [to himself, thought bubble; Panel 4]: It sucks that DIY cosplay, apparently, isn't as active as it used to be. But I can't lie. Part of me--
ADAM [Cont., Panel 5]: Part of me's really curious to see this fracking thing in action!
