Rock The Vouhhhnn!, Chapter 6: Part 1.1
Page 129 (Chapter 6, Page 1)
Panel 1: A page-long set of panels that compose of a montage of time that passes while the controversy starts to snowball for the Henry Skelton campaign. The first panel consists of a snapshot of a newsreader reporting the story.
Panel 2: The second panel is similar to the first one, but from a different part of the country; the negative spirit of the first panel similar as well here.

“A month can really fly by- I always thought it was such a silly concept. As humans, we don’t really have a definitive clue what the feeling of time should be like. What speed it should take in people.”
Panel 3: The third panel shows the CEO of Z-Farms on a lectern, addressing the assembled press as the controversy starts to grow.
Panel 4: The fourth panel consists of a pair of pundits arguing with one another as the story shifts toward a deeper meaning behind the story, connected to what was put in play with the previous panel’s press conference.
Caption (Cont., Madison) “But the past month, with what’s happened to me and the campaign- hard not to see the logic in that statement!”
Panel 5: The fifth panel shifts to a shot of Rep. Jenkins’ spokesman speaking to a scrum of reporters, slinging more mud in their direction.
Panel 6: The sixth and final panel is similarly framed to what we saw at the top of the page, albeit with a different newsreader. On the lower section of the panel is a teaser about the “first response from the Skelton campaign.”
Caption (Cont., Madison) “If only our poll numbers were as speedily in our favor...”
Page 130 (Chapter 6, Page 2)
Panel 1: Cut to a shot of Madison standing backstage at the aforementioned press conference; headphones already firmly placed over her ears, though not on. You can see the hum and chatter of the journalists off-panel of the shot.
Caption 124 days till the election
Rep. Jenkins 55%, Henry Skelton 39%
ZOE
(Off-Panel, to Madison) Music on?
Panel 2: We move to a shot of Zoe standing in front of her friend at the same moment, dressed in a green and red pantsuit with a necklace. She looks over her friend with a bit of worry in her eyes. You can see the closed wood door behind her in the background where the noise originates from.
ZOE
(Cont.) You usually think best when the music’s on. And I’ve seen the crowd out there- we need you at your best.
Panel 3: Back to a shot of Ms. Mitchell, shaking her head at the question. Though flashing a look of reassurance on her face connected to what she’s saying.
MADISON
I’m fine. I was just about to choose one actually.
Panel 4: A two-part set of panels that focuses on the same setting/layout as the previous panel. In the first part, it consists mostly of an action shot of the young woman reaching into her pocket to pull her phone out.
Panel 5: In part 2, mere moments later, she clicks a button on the phone; the opening notes of what she clicked- “Who We Are” from the Steven Universe movie- filtering out from both of the speakers.
MADISON I’m ready now!
