MADISON
(immediately intrigued, to Capt. Rogers) Okay. Now, I need to hear the whole Bar Mitzvah story- and the Tech-tator, if possible. I know there’s a lot of those to choose from, but...
Panel 2: Rogers smiles a half grin, partially answering Ms. Mitchell’s question without saying a word. As she speaks, you can see her gaze tilted up toward the speaker on the ceiling off-panel in regards to the stage manager’s announcement.
CAPT. ROGERS
(knowing, to Madison)
Oh, it’s definitely good, ma’am. I’d be happy to tell you...
STAGE MANAGER
(Off-Panel, top left corner)
30 minutes till air. Any technical checks either campaign wants to make should be done right now.
CAPT. ROGERS

On Election night- win or lose.
Panel 3: Back to a shot of Ms. Mitchell in the same setting/layout as Panel 1. She smiles and subtly nods in silent agreement to the offer.
Panel 4: We move to a side shot of both women a few moments later, shaking hands with a mutual sense of warmth and friendly love between them. You can partially see the room’s door to the right side of the background.
CAPT. ROGERS
It’s been genuinely fun, Ms. Mitchell.
MADISON
Same, Cap...here’s hoping we get to do more of it in D.C.
Panel 5: A short time later, we see the young woman placing her headphones back in her backpack; the good luck scarf firmly tight over her neck. Inside the pack, you can see the “RINNG RINNG” of her cell phone ringing.
Panel 6: We move to a shot of Madison answering the phone after a handful of rings. She takes a few steps to the right of the panel view compared to where she was in the previous panel.
MADISON
(slight grin, to Nate)
Nate. Good to hear from you…
NATE (from the receiver, to Madison)
Hey, Maddie! Just wanted to send some good vibes before the debate kicks off.

Panel 1: Cut to a shot of Mr. Kelly on the couch back in his apartment in L.A. It’s focused squarely on his head down to his shoulders. You can see a little bit of what appears to be a wall in the background.

Panel 2: Same setting as the previous panel. The layout widens out slightly to take in the rest of the couch where we see Rowena seated next to Nate to the right, and Leela popping in from the top left corner chiming in with a sizable bottle of wine in hand.

Hopefully we won’t disappoint tonight. I know it’s a week away, but if you’re not busy, we’d love to have you pop in to the celebration party on election night.
Panel 4: We move back to Nate once again; the setting and layout the same as in Panel 1. He seems amenable to the idea, though a little bit surprised at parts of it too.
NATE (curious, to Madison)
Don’t you guys have a big party planned then? I’m not sure what a guy who was only on the campaign would bring to them.
NATE
(Bubble 2; reacting to Panel 5, Bubble 1) I see. I hope you don’t mind me asking if...
Panel 5: Back to Madison in the same setting/layout as Panel 3. She straightens back up into a standing pose, placing the tablet over to the side of her waist; her body turning around toward the door as she speaks.

What I’m talking about is just for us before all of that- to...to kinda unwind, as it were.
