Panel 1: We open on an “America Votes” graphic, similar to any graphic that you’d find with other local or national networks during their election coverage. You can see by the design of the panel that it’s coming from a TV somewhere.
Panel 2: A few beats later, we see the anchors- DEBBIE ARNOLD and THOMAS CRENSHAW- appear on screen; the background behind them the outline of downtown Indianapolis.
DEBBIE
Welcome to our special “America Votes” coverage, I’m Debbie Arnold.
THOMAS
And I’m Thomas Crenshaw.

(Bubble 2)
The polls have closed 30 minutes ago statewide. Returns should be starting to come in momentarily from the county Electoral board for many of the big races, including in the now globally famous 6th Congressional district.
Panel 3: Slight close-up on Ms. Arnold finishing up the rest of her report at that moment. You can see a little graphic to the right of the screen, showing images of Henry and the Congressman side-to-side in a battle motif.

Polls have tightened up considerably since last week’s debate with Rep. Jenkins holding a mere two-point lead. Analysts universally agree the 5 point swing for the undead Skelton benefitted...
Panel 4: We move to a little non-audio clip from the debate last week. It mostly shows the two of them in argument about something; the camera coming in from a tilted right angle, highlighting Henry in a more positive light to the left of the panel view and Rep. Jenkins to the right.

...from a exchange during the debate over corruption where the Congressman was harangued over allegations his campaign faked footage of Skelton in a now viral campaign ad using a pre-plague technique called “Deep Fakes.”
Panel 5: Cut to a little bit later on where we see Zoe walking on-stage, showing off a pair of blown up pictures to the assembled audience. One shows a still from the ad with Henry’s face, and the other showing the same zombie but with a completely different head shape and its right eye completely missing.

After a fiery rebuttal from Jenkins, the campaign’s Communication Director, Zoe Olson, came on to the stage with photographic proof of the act as well as the now former Jenkins staffer who did the act: 25-year-old Donald Austin.

Panel 1: We move to a shot of Zoe at the bar, chuckles as she watches the news dressed in a suit coat with a T-Shirt underneath it. She’s holding a cocktail in her right hand; the bottom of the glass still firmly on the bartop. You can see a little selection of bar life in the background with its patrons engaging in different levels of conversation.

The controversy carried on through the home stretch, resulting in flair ups from both sides that are definitely NSFW.
ZOE
(chuckling)
Not some of the workspaces I’ve been in!
DEBBIE
(Bubble 2, off-panel from the TV)
A fitting end to what has been a highly unusual campaign, and...highly unusual year, in all honesty.
Panel 2: Cut to a shot of Madison entering the bar a few moments later; a bundle of nerves as she sidesteps past some of the other customers chatting with one another. You can see crackling lightning bolts over the top of her head, personifying the anxiety in her head at that moment. You can also see something pressed against her left ear, though it’s unsure what precisely it is.

Our Election night coverage starts with Monica Quinlan who is outside the…
Panel 3: A two-part set of panels that moves to a shot of Ms. Olson’s back moments later. We see her in this first part taking a decent sized sip of her cocktail; a sea of notes drifting in from the top right corner of the panel view from the music playing in the bar.
Panel 4: In the second part, she lowers the glass back down to the counter. As Zoe speaks, you can see the back of Ms. Mitchell entering the shot from the right side of the panel view. You can also see the simple sea of musical notes drifting, this time in a greater number, from right to left in the top half of the panel.
ZOE
(to herself)
Swedish Mule, oh how I love you!
Panel 5: We move to an action showing Madison taking a seat on the stool next to Zoe who we see with her hands gently touching the bar top. You can see the young woman, as she sits down, places the purse she came in with down on the ground next to her.
ZOE
(to Madison, noticing the earplugs; smiling)
Earplugs...good idea.
MADISON
(explanatory chuckle, to Zoe)
I saw them at Target a few days back- figured it was worth trying, to help navigate the night.
ZOE
(Bubble 2)
And…?
MADISON
(Bubble 2) Working beautifully, thankfully.
ZOE (Bubble 3)
Nice. Did you speak with Cap yet?
MADISON
(Bubble 3) Yeah, this morning- she sends her love. She’s keeping track of Henry at the venue, making sure he stays in his cage before there’s a call.
