Panel 1: We jump to day 2 of the conference, placed within the US delegation. You can see the same list from the previous page; the emoji back to the smiley face, albeit less bright than before.

Cop 6- Day 2
Panel 2: In a lull from the discussion, Mx. Benoit makes their way awkwardly toward BEN YANCY, the senior member of the delegation; the extra stuff above Brie gone at this point.
BRIE
Mr. Yancy? There was something I wanted to ask, while you aren’t busy.
BEN
'Less you got concessions from the EU on fuel standards or an autograph of John Wayne in your purse, I’m not interested in listening.
BRIE
(Bubble 2)
That's not it. I—I was wondering if there was some extra work I can do with some of the other nations’ staffers to help generate a better deal.
Panel 3: Ben looks the young person up and down with a respectable level of skepticism, holding back a laugh.
Panel 4: A few moments later, the skeptical tone shifts to a verbal description as he fires back verbally.
BEN
For your country, or for you?
Panel 5: Brie is unfazed by the subtle dig at their intentions as they reply with the full, honest truth.
BRIE
We all live on the same Earth, Mr. Yancy. And you hired me for my unique connection with the people as well as my PR skills. Logic would dictate--
Panel 6: Mr. Yancy rolls his eyes in anticipatory annoyance at the comment, ready to brush it aside just as things start to pick up.
BEN
(interjecting)
Yeah, yeah- I get the spiel, Nader! You’re welcome to try getting through the big roadblocks at these things: the Russkies and the Chinese.
Panel 7: A little later, outside the main hall, Brie walks toward one of the underlings for the Chinese delegation who's taking a smoke break.

(Cont., Ben)
"You can somehow get through to either of them, with that ridiculous looking lady's get-up you’re wearing...you’ll have a grateful White House and nation at your back."

Panel 1: Brie stops a handful of feet away from the staff member; the smell of the cigarette smoke starting to mess with them psychologically.
BRIE
(thought bubble)
Block it out, block it out! Picture Kayla's perfume...the sweet smell of oranges and lilacs. Picture Kayla's perfume...press on!
Panel 2: After repeating the mantra to themselves for a few seemingly long moments, Mx. Benoit resumes their forward press to the staffer.
BRIE
(waving their right hand)
Hello there...!
Panel 3: The staffer glares at the young person, lowering the cigarette out of their mouth.
STAFFER
(suspicious)
Hi...? Why are you standing so far away?
Panel 4: Back to Brie flashing a slightly nervous smile as they reply as calmly as possible.
BRIE
It's the smell, mostly. I have a thing with, um, cigarette smoke. If you wouldn't mind putting it out...
Panel 5: A two-part set of panels that moves back to the staffer; the first part showing the same annoyed glare that we saw in Panel 3.
Panel 6: Then, in the second part, he stomps the cigarette out on the ground moments later.
BRIE
(Off-Panel)
Thank you.
STAFFER
Sure...this is already the weirdest ******* sell job I’ve had at one of these.
BRIE
(Bubble 2, Off-Panel)
It’s not a sell job. Not entirely anyway, I…
