23.1: The front door opens a beat later, revealing T’H-INA, a female presenting cyborg-reptilian humanoid wearing the type of business attire befitting an assistant with a tablet in her left hand pressed to her chest.
CAPALDI
(Cont., 4Meta Caption) I should get back to the important biz up here.
T’H-INA
Floor vote in 10, Misdame V-Chancellor.
BANDYRA
(Off-Panel)
Thank you, T…
23.2: From the Vice Chancellor’s perspective, we see a little more of the assistant at the doorway a few moments later, filling her superior in with more information.
T’H-INA
(glancing at the screen as she speaks)
Tri-Eye T-Rien called while you were busy in regards to the little Roe problem–
BANDYRA
(sighs, Off-Panel) Did you remind the dense marklellen- again!- we only talk about that Roe problem on my personal comm till we’re ready to take it live?
T’H-INA
(Bubble 2)
In less confrontational words, yes, mi’am. In turn, she name dropped her relationship to the Prime Chancellor’s Chief Advisor and that she’ll call back after the vote.
BANDYRA
(Off-Panel, Bubble 2)
Right…good, good.
23.3: The two of them head off the hallway and to the right, closing the door behind them without giving any earthly clue who the mysterious Bandyra looks like to the reader.
23.4: We move to a close-up on a framed photo that was partly visible to the left of the panel view, showing the Vice Chancellor and the previously mentioned Tri-Eye who is dressed in very refined religious garb. In the background, you can see on a projector the politico’s name- RDAI BRUNNYA
ROBIN
(Caption) Ffffffyyyyyyyccc…!
MANI
(Caption) I have no idea what you said, Robin. But I empathize with its spirit.
23.5: A little closer into the photo, you can see in the background of the mentioned pair a cross-section of the creme de la creme of society in the Capitol and the Tristellar Alliance as a whole.
MADAM
(Caption)
