9.1: We move to the side a short time later as Nessa walks through the opened doorway with the restarted purpose of what she was sent here to do. Unbeknownst to her, however, is the sound of metal shooting out of another revealed compartment off-panel.
9.2: Same setting/layout as the previous panel. A pair of metal balls suddenly zip into view and enter the hidden doorway just before it’s about to fully close, set off in pursuit of our protagonist.
9.3: A short time later, just as before, Nessa has her focus split between the map and the surroundings around her drawing closer to her destination.

9.5: Nessa turns to discover the pair of metal balls from earlier; a pair of lasers trained squarely on her with murderous intent.

10.1: A second later, we see her reaching into an off-panel pocket in order to pull out a weapon of some kind. With her other arm, she starts to take off the pack and…
10.2: …as it flings off in the panel right direction at second 9, an extended long sword is presented to the reader. As for the two security orbs…
10.3: They come into the scene a few seconds later with a pair of powerful laser blasts that our protagonist is able to avoid with some expert leaps and ducks.
10.4: With Purri, Nessa is able to hold up well against the machine’s blast as well as the punching from its more humanoid figure. Unfortunately for our protagonist, however…
10.5: …Udd connects with a blast to her back, sending her forward and causing her to drop the sword to the ground.
10.6: The two orbs move toward the seemingly unconscious body lying on the floor moments later, and run a collective scan of the body.
10.7: Close-up on the pair a second after the scan, reporting their results.
