21.1: We jump to a short time later as they ransack the area, destroying priceless works in the process.
21.2: Moments later, the head of the merc regiment spies an interesting prize at the end of a hallway. You can see a wide grin through the glass of the protective helmet they and the rest of their compatriots are wearing at the discovery.

A splendid idea, xe’am, as always…! I’ll inform Command the moment we break, though…
21.3: Jenn_Jad absorbs part of the meaning behind the Vice Chancellor’s idea, which fuels the concerned look on her face as she speaks.

(Cont.)
What if they ask about the potential for orbital drift after the round’s been fired? Especially given the potential for…
21.4: Same setting/layout as the previous panel. A single growl a split second later from the Vice Chancellor pierces through the liaison’s comm, interrupting her train of thought and getting her back on point.
JENN_JAD (acquiescing)
Right. Of–Of course…silly me! I’ll buzz back with an update in two datums.
21.5: Brunnya grins just as the elevator stops at the ground floor; a rush of confidence flowing through the veteran politician, picturing what’ll go down next.
VICE CHANCELLOR BRUNNYA
Very good! I eagerly await the good news, as does every good soul young and old that is blessed by the Eye’s gaze.
21.6: Action shot of the Vice Chancellor a short time later, stepping out of the front entrance in the direction of her personal ground cruiser.

Oh boy, it’s never good when a politico–especially one with delusions of grandeur blowing squarely up their backside– has a grin as wide as that…! If I could warn the rest of the crew about all this biz, I would. But the 4Meta filter’s reach is only so long.

22.1: Back on the Boo-Ya!, we see Staehlia and Robin in her lab going through another set of physical examinations regarding the latter’s ever changing physiology.

Besides, they’ve got their own individual ish to deal with at the moment.
STAEHLIA Good news: your body appears to be stabilizing, at least somewhat, compared to the last couple of scans I’ve run on you.
ROBIN The bad news? STAEHLIA (Bubble 2)
The sudden narcolepsy you’ve been dealing with does not appear to be subsiding as I had hoped previously.
22.2: Ms. Cartwright sighs somewhat ruefully, taking off one of the sensors that were attached on her right breast.
ROBIN
Annoying, but I’ve started to make my peace with it. Especially if this flying thing turns out to be…
22.3: Action shot over the course of a few moments, showing the young human woman leaping off of the exam table she was resting on…and lands three inches away with an unassuming “THUMP!”
22.4: Robin looks down at her feet a beat later, partly saddened and partly relieved by the development. You can see Staehlia pop up in the left side of the background, chiming in with their version of reassurance.
STAEHLIA
I know you have an obsession with the power of flying, my fren. But in actuality, there are very few sections of the charted universe where that power would be anywhere close to effective. Besides, you still have your enhanced strength and healing factor.
ROBIN
True. Still…would be pretty awesome to add the flying bit, too.
(Bubble 2, following a pause)
You know I actually got to say the phrase while I was working with the Intel peeps.
STAEHLIA (Bubble 2)
“The Phrase?” 22.5: Flashback to Ms. Cartwright standing in a wooded area next to a spare part that happens to be lying over in the panel right area.
ROBIN (Caption)
The parts to one of their airships was shot out in a firefight with some SkyForce peeps outside Loauhnzza and they needed someone to bring it back, and…
22.6: Action shot of Robin a few moments later with the part in her right hand, flying off in a heroic pose.
ROBIN (proudly)
Up, Up, and Away…!
