The Boo-Ya!, Season 2- Issue 7: Part 3.1
Page 13
13.1: Same setting/layout as Panel 5 of the previous page. Rdai looks back at her friend after an extra couple of beats of thought, sliding the card into her purse as she speaks.
MP BRUNNYA
We’ll see how well the Foghorn goes before talking about the future.
13.2: We zip back to the present, with the politician back on her ship on her way to the Capitol; her face in a squinting position, listening to her intern.
MP BRUNNYA
You were right, T. The meeting ended up really well.
T’H-INA (from the ship’s speaker) Thank you, xe’am. I’m glad to hear it ended up well.
MP BRUNNYA
I was able to secure the services of one of their weapons.
T’H-INA
(Bubble 2) Oh, wow!
13.3: Cut to T’H-Ina back at the office, scrolling through the MP’s schedule as it shows up on the personal comm screen.
MP BRUNNYA (from T’H-Ina’s earpiece) What is my schedule for next weatt?
T’H-INA
Next weatt? Umm, let’s see…
13.4: Same setting/layout as the previous panel. She stops a short time later upon a marker of the calendar, reading the mostly blocked out area that comes with each of the six days in question.
T’H-INA
It looks like most of next weatt is blocked out with votes and committee meetings, except for Fyrteean. That looks like the best place to launch whatever the hells you ended up buying.
13.5: Back to Brunnya on the ship answering the big question from her intern with the simple honesty of the position.
T’H-INA (Cont., from the speaker)
That looks like the perfect time for the next meeting with Giahhto to drop whatever subtle bomba you bought on his slimy arse, yeah?
MP BRUNNYA Vile phrasing aside, T…you are quite on target. Unlike the first meeting though, I’d prefer more of a home advantage.
13.6: Flash forward to the meeting, outside of an Eye church somewhere in the less affluent part of the Capitol. You can see a storm just beginning to gather strength, pelting the area with bluish-silver colored rain.
T’H-INA (Caption) Agreed. You have any ideas before I start my scan? MP BRUNNYA (Caption) …One comes to mind.

14.1: A larger jet black personal cruiser belonging to MP Giahhto descends from the busy Rush Hour traffic above toward the location a short time later.
14.2: The veteran MP steps out of the vehicle moments later, looking up at the facade of the restaurant with a not expertly hidden look of disgust at what he’s seeing.
MP GIAHHTO (with a growl)
Rinruhlminach-meh!
CAPALDI (4Meta Caption) In Ey-arth English, what he just grumble growled translates to–actually, you probably have a good idea what it translates into. Expletives are a favored hobby among many of your species. Anyway…
14.3: Quick snapshot of the facade a beat later- Dyianttteech; Rhoklynn’s back visible to the reader in the lower section of the panel. You can see from the shot of the dining area that it’s a diner-esque restaurant.
MP BRUNNYA (Caption) Apologies for the elongated commute time. This place’s been open for a handful of monats, and I’ve been curious to try it. It’s the only place on Capitol that serves genuine GIsimeonnian cuisine.
14.4: Cut to the pair at a table a short time after making their respective orders. You can see the waiter walking back toward the panel right area in the direction of the kitchen.
MP BRUNNYA (Cont., explanatory) The owner’s great-great-grandparents emigrated here after the Great F”Nami a centrohtla ago. They set up their original cart outside the church as a token of gratitude for the Minister who took them in before–
14.5: Close-up on Rhoklynn, finally putting a stop to the mini history lesson and looking to get the conversation back to proper terms.
MP GIAHHTO (interjecting)
I’m here ‘cause you said you wanted to talk about my Mass Development bill, not to spout some dry as graknaik toast history lecture.
14.6: Rdai flashes a half grin, reaching down toward her purse located below the table off-panel left as she speaks.
MP BRUNNYA Right, of course. Let’s begin…
