The Boo-Ya!, Season 2- Issue 7: Part 4.2
Page 21
21.1: A two-part set of panels that comprises a single respective action between Madam and Capaldi. In the first one, they lean in for a hug and a backpat as they finish the rest of the statement.
CAPALDI (Cont.) That goes double for you and my fleshy comrades too, yeah?
MADAM (sly grin) Obvi, especially given the epic celebration everyone onboard will have once we’re free and clear of all this.
CAPALDI (Bubble 2) Indeed!
21.2: In the second part, we see the pair sharing a hug and backpat a beat later; a graphic popping up above the two that reads, “Space Pirate Love.”
21.3: Close-up on the good cap’n a beat after the two break the hug up, asking a question that steers things back to business somewhat.
MADAM When will we know when you’ve got this virus you’re cooking up latched into its mainframe?
21.4: We move back to Capaldi now standing three steps in front of the Madam, flashing a knowing look in response to said question; their response also addressed to Nessa and Daiyo. You can see the back of Madam’s head in the left foreground of the panel.
CAPALDI You remember the Tolvag incident a handful of rohtlas back? With the smoke and the whole…
MADAM (sighs) All too well, and…I’ll keep an eye out for it.
21.5: Slight close-up on the good cap’n a beat later with a wider grin and a simple salute as a light blue glow touches her face.
MADAM (Cont.)
See ya then.
21.6: Back to Capaldi at the same moment, giving the same salute as the AI hologram just about disappears from view out of the room.

22.1: The Airperson breaks the brief bit of pause amongst the group with a particular question that is nagging them about the idea.
DYIO PETRO
A complex heist in highly guarded military software? Your AI’s made of sterner stuff, but I feel cozier with at least the bare markings of a backup. In case another shite situation drops on our lap.
MADAM A few steps ahead of ya, Day. I was thinking something on the simple side, like a distraction, to make sure Cap gets into the database sans detection.
NESSA (Off-Panel) I’ve got a piece of an idea, cap’n.
22.2: Close-up on Nessa, glancing down to her comm with a spirit of a brainstorm that popped up a beat later.
NESSA
(Cont.)
Hey Stahl, is Robin there with you? Me and the guys were hoping to talk to her ‘bout a distraction to make sure Capaldi slips inside the satellite’s mainframe.
STAEHLIA (from the speaker) No. She is currently enjoying some downtime in the Holodeck.
22.3: Cut to a shot of Ms. Cartwright a short time later, seated in the stands of a soccer match. You can see by the other holographic people in the stands with her that it’s from 1958, and connected to the Welsh team somehow.
STAEHLIA (Cont., Caption)
Let me patch you through…
ROBIN (thought bubble) The 1958 World Cup…my Dad talked on and on about how great the Hungary match was. Still boggles my mind how this Holodeck could match the grounds of Jernvallen so perfectly, right down to the smell of the...
22.4: Same setting/layout as the previous panel. The program freezes a beat later, interrupting Robin’s train of thought; her thought tilted up and toward the right in the direction of the voice chiming in.
STAEHLIA (Off-Panel)
Apologies for the interruption. But Nessa wanted you in the conference room.
ROBIN
(curious)
Usually not a great sign. She say what it was about?
STAEHLIA (Bubble 2) She did not say, no. I was able to infer though, from her tone of voice, that it seemed a fairly important thing.
ROBIN (Bubble 2)
‘Kay…be right there.
22.5: Action shot of the human woman a short time later, exiting through the sliding metal doors out toward the hallway; the program ended, and the setting returned to its usual gray and black (with pink electric lines) baseline.
ROBIN (Caption)
Huh. I can work with that, if I’m honest…!
