3.1: Meanwhile, back in the digital scape, we catch up with Capaldi right at the entrance to the tiny dot we saw at Page 1. Instead of being a single gate, however, we discover that it’s actually a series of dozens of other gates that string out to different parts of the database.

A Few Hours Later (At Least, According to the Human Perception of Time)
CAPALDI (sighs) Okay, not as easy-breasy as I thought it’d be. That’s fine though…
3.2: The AI glances down a few moments later at the pop-up display which appears on his left wrist, showing a rough map of the pop-up satellite’s map in order to replot where to go next.
CAPALDI
(Off-Panel) I know the magic area I gotta be is straight norte from here. So, logically speaking, all I’d need to do is time the jump well…
3.3: Slight close-up on his face a beat later, looking up directly above him; his mind trying to factor ahead of time what the jump should look like.
CAPALDI
(Cont., scraping up courage while also building up nerves)
…and hope I don’t miss. This can work.
(Bubble 2) Yeah…85-90% sure this can work!
3.4: A three-part set of panels that opens with Capaldi taking a few steps back in order to gather a good running stance toward the respective portal gate.
3.5: In the second one, moments later, he sprints forward as quickly as he can and then…
3.6: …takes a great leap off the ground a beat later; the white glow of energy from the portal partly hitting his face.
3.7: From this action, we see Capaldi start to move through one of the floating portal gates he spotted earlier.
ROBIN (Caption)
Son of a bitch, this is fun…!

4.1: We move to a brief review in map form of the shuttlecraft as it zips along the expanse of space, taking out little sections of the explosive orbs at different points in time using different methods- phaser blasts, lucky steering, just plain luck.
4.2: Cut to the young human woman a beat later, glancing down at the radar console for a quick second.
ROBIN Not out of the woods entirely though, annoyingly. Still a pretty bloody dangerous amount of these bastards behind me. Maybe with a little Capten Rhyfeddu, I can clear ‘em out long enough for…
4.3: Same setting/layout as the previous panel. Her train of thought derails a moment later as another dip in energy hits; her eyes begin to drift and roll in her head as she speaks.
ROBIN
(slurry) Daammmnnnn…!
4.4: Just as Ms. Cartwright’s about to droop off the pilot’s chair, she grips the bottom of the wheel in an attempt to get upright once again. You can see her left hand reaching out for a Riqi-Boom at the same time.
4.5: A two-part set of panels that starts with her getting back in a seated position, holding one of the R-Bs as she tries to re-steer things again.
ROBIN (yawns)
Not…going out…like this!
4.6: In the second part a few beats later, Robin jolts back to full alert consciousness as the needle of the Riqi-Boom enters her upper thigh. The setting all around her, at the same time, starts shaking violently courtesy of an explosion coming from outside.
