Panel 4: Cut to a shot of Alex on a basketball court, playing against a bevy of taller professional athletes; sweat covering most of his face.

Panel 5: A short time later, he bodies up against the taller power forward, quickly planning out the shot in his head.

(to the player, prouldy) Pump fake...

Panel 6: Action shot a few moments later of him launching a high arcing shot over the player's grasp. Right up into...

Panel 7: ...the ball dropping into the hoop, nothing but net.

(interjecting) You have two new messages on your Voicemail.

(upturned eyebrow, to the Phone) Any of them we can ignore till after my workout?

PHONE

One of the messages is from the server, and the other is from Rich Dyson at the build site.
