(Off-Panel) Huh, kinda right. Though why did he chose a coastal town?

Panel 2: Jes chuckles in regards to her retort, placing her phone back in the purse as she speaks.

JESMINDER

(to Winnie) Probably some subconscious "Earthy/Alpha Male" nonsense most men here love.

Panel 3: Ms. Letesha nods in partial agreement at the statement, stretching from side-to-side in preparation for what she thinks is coming next.

WINNIE

(partial laugh, to Jesminder) Probably, yeah...so, the usual plan- barge and smash?

WINNIE

(Bubble 2; reacting to Panel 4, Bubble 1) What kind of plan?

Panel 4: We move back to Ms. Borah a beat later, shaking her head at at least half of the offer. You can see more of a calm, business-like demeanor than in Panel 2.

JESMINDER

In part, yeah. Celia had something else she wanted to add in.

JESMINDER

(Cont.; reacting to Panel 3, Bubble 2) She didn't tell me.

Panel 5: Cut to a shot of Celia and Amelia going through Trevignano Romano, led on by a flank of news trucks crossing in front of the street.

"We'll know the full meat of it when we pop over."

Panel 6: Action shot of Jesminder jumping onto Winnie's waiting shoulders; the latter looking over her shoulder for one last reminder.

WINNIE

Remember: keep your mouth closed till we reach the ocean. The bugs can become a bit of a choking hazard if you're not careful.

JESMINDER

(suddenly curious, yet worried) Should I ask how you know this, Win?

WINNIE

(Bubble 2) Of course. It's not a really weird story!

Panel 1: In the thrust of Winnie's super dashing a few moments later, we see her answering her friend's question from the end of the previous page as she runs. You can see Jes comfortably clutching on her friend's shoulder as she speaks.

WINNIE

(explanatory, to Jesminder) Very early on, before I met you guys, the only person I revealed my superpowers to was my dear friend Luan. The first thing he asked was to travel on my back up and down the spine of Africa, like the Flash.

JESMINDER

(to Winnie) He didn't die?

WINNIE

(Bubble 2) Nope. It's actually how I discovered the protective aura I have can attach to others in my general vicinity.

Panel 2: We flashback to a shot of Luan back in the past, coughing up remnants of flies and bees and mosquitoes as they quickly shoot at him. The background of the panel is similar to the rushed world setting in the previous panel.

"I recommended before we took off he should wear a face shield to protect from swallowing bugs. He didn't listen and...chugged down multiple cups of Listerine after we got home."

Panel 3: Back to the present with a close-up on Ms. Letesha chuckling and flashing a little smirk at the end of the story; the conversation shifting back to business.

WINNIE

(Cont.) Luckily, the bug count appears to be light at the moment. It may change once we reach land again, but...

Panel 4: Suddenly, a powerful laser blast drops down from the sky, knocking Winnie off-course apparently in the middle of the Atlantic.

Panel 5: A three-part set of panels that follows the young woman moments later as she skips across the water a few feet from where the shot was levied.

Panel 6: In part two, she skips forward a little more than in the previous panel.

Panel 7: In the third and final part, after flying a little more than in Panels 5 and 6, we see the back of Jesminder floating on the water, protecting her friend on a bed of energy.
