The Community, Issue 8: Part 2.2
Page 190 Panel 1: Winnie and Celia look on a few feet away; the former with an upturned eyebrow of surprise, and the latter already ready to go back in.
WINNIE
I'm not the only one getting the feeling--
CELIA
(connecting interjection, to Winnie) That the cyborg's a joint FBI/WalshTech effort? You're not, Win. But that's a tomorrow problem. Right now...
Panel 2: Action shot moments later of Celia gliding high in the air toward the cyborg's head, ready to sock it with an enlarged fist in its jaw.
Caption
(Cont., Celia)
"Time to pound this babaca to scrap!"
Panel 3: Moments later, with the head on the ground near the car, we see the women quickly scrambling back into the car to drive off. You can see the road where the rest of the bot remains harden to its original shape.
JESMINDER
(to the group, with a slight limp) Quick- back to the car, before it can pull itself out.
Panel 4: Cut to a shot of a video image showing the Mini driving around the broken cyborg. You can a dark background in the margins of the panel. In the lower section of the panel, there's a box that reads: "Sync with FBI Database Begun." Below that is another box: "Search of Name, 'Seanna'...Loading..."
Panel 5: The camera image zooms in on Watkins at the driver's a few moments after the end of the previous page. The box is in the same place as that aforementioned panel. It reads- "Facial Image Recognizing- Searching Social Media Feeds...General Government Records..."; a box focused around the young person's head.

Panel 1: Cut to a shot of the end of the process begun at the end of the previous page. It shows the appearance of a phone home screen; the red button with 1 on it to the top left corner.
CHIEF OF STAFF HIDALGO
(Off-Panel, to Walsh) Thank you for allowing us to use the Sentry tech after the floods in Oaxaca.
Panel 2: We move to a shot of the Chief of Staff, talking via Google Meet from his office in Mexico City on a TV screen from what looks like a skybox in an arena. You can see the back of Walsh in the foreground, looking over at his phone.
CHIEF OF STAFF HIDALGO
(Cont.) The SMN are hoping to incorporate part of its oS into their Hurricane Readiness operations.
Panel 3: Cut to Walsh looking up from his phone at the screen; a slight nod at the statement. You can see part of the arena crowd from the window to the right of the panel view.
WALSH
Of course. It would mean a slight tweak in the deal your boss and I made last month.
WALSH
(Bubble 2; reacting to Panel 4, Bubble 1) Excellent...
Panel 4: Back to Hidalgo in the same setting/layout as Panel 2. Knowing precisely what he's talking about, the government worker acquiesces without any sense of trouble in his demeanor.
CHIEF OF STAFF HIDALGO
Won't be a problem. I'll talk with the Budget team to make the numbers work on our current allocation.
Panel 5: Same setting/layout as Panel 3. His eyes shift to the right as the crowd cheers a development on the court. You can see his phone screen up, resting up on his lap.
WALSH
I should get going. The game's starting to get good. My CTO will be in touch in the morning to hammer out the syncing with your SMN system.
CHIEF OF STAFF HIDALGO
(Off-Panel) Sounds good...have a good night.
WALSH
(Bubble 2) You too.
Panel 6: Action shot of the billionaire CEO rising up from his chair moments after the call ends, looking at his phone which is gripped in his right hand. You can hear the crowd chanting "DE-FENSE! DE-FENSE!" off-panel.
WALSH
(smirks) Oh yeah, the California Rip Van Winkle! Didn't know they were with them, or that they had powers...
